Before booking an exhibit, we encourage all clients to begin with a consultation to discuss ideas, availability, creative direction, and project goals. This allows us to better understand your vision and ensure the best experience and service for your creative needs. 

 

Exhibit Booking Scheduling

• Bookings must be made through our official website, email, or approved representatives.

• Appointments are confirmed only after deposit are received.

• To allow time for proper planning and development, we recommend booking 1–3 weeks in advance depending on the service:

  • Photography/Videography: 2 weeks minimum

  • Graphic Design/Branding: 2–3 weeks minimum

  • Music/Songwriting: 2 weeks minimum

Exhibit Turnaround

Turnaround times vary depending on the scope, complexity, and type of exhibit selected. Estimated delivery timelines will be discussed during your consultation and confirmed before production begins. While we strive to deliver all projects in a timely manner, quality and creative development remain a priority throughout the process.

• Photography/Videography: 7–14 business days

• Graphic Design/Branding: 1–3 weeks

• Music/Songwriting: 1–2 weeks

Rush delivery options may be available depending on scheduling and project demands.

 

Exhibit Arrival and Tardiness

To maintain a professional and well-curated experience, clients are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled exhibits, consultations, and creative sessions. A 15-minute grace period is permitted for most appointments.

 

Arrivals beyond the grace period may result in:

• Reduced session time

• Rescheduling fees

• Cancellation of the appointment depending on availability
